Police arrest 28 suspected drug dealers from Brockton, Bridgewater, Abington and Raynham in 'Operation Street Sweeper II'

Twenty-eight suspected cocaine and heroin dealers from Brockton, Abington, Bridgewater and Raynham were arrested Wednesday morning in a police roundup dubbed “Operation Street Sweeper II.”
    The arrests, by Brockton and state police working with the district attorney’s office, followed a three-month investigation in which undercover police officers bought drugs from mid- and low-level street dealers.
   Those arrested came from Brockton, Bridgewater, Abington and Raynham and included at least eight women. Three of the 28 arrested were homeless, and one was already a prisoner in the Plymouth County House of Correction.
    Authorities used a warrant to search at house at 459 Groveland St. in Abington and charged Christopher E. Dunn, 45, with unlawful distribution of cocaine. Police said crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia and packaging were seized in the search.
   Those arrested, according to Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz, were:
   Emanuel Correia, 22, of 29 Faxon St., Brockton, charged with cocaine distribution.
   Perry O. Wright, 24, of 4 Sycamore Ave., Brockton, charged with distribution of a counterfeit substance.
   Jason C. Butler, 24, of 686 Main St., Apartment 2, Brockton, charged with three counts of cocaine distribution.
    Michael Belle, 29, of 55 Tribou St., Apartment 3, Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and selling drugs in a school zone.
   DeCourcey Belle, 22, of 25 Nilsson St., Apartment 3, Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution, a subsequent offense; conspiracy to violate the drug laws and selling drugs in a school zone.
   Charla Zarrella, 27, of 54 Aldrich Road, Second Floor, Bridgewater, charged with two counts of crack cocaine distribution, two counts of conspiracy to violate the drug laws and selling drugs in a school zone.
   David Silva, 37, homeless, charged with crack cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Katelyn O’Malley, 21, of 394 Mohawk Road, Raynham, charged with crack cocaine distribution, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and selling drugs in a school zone.
   Denita Goforth, 42, of 47 Highland St., No. 3, Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution, a subsequent offense; conspiracy to violate the drug laws and selling drugs in a school zone.
   Larry L. Brown, 49, of 21 Coburn St., Apartment 2, Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution, a subsequent offense, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Christina Duff, 28, of 162 West Chestnut St., Apartment 2, Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Stacey Connelly, 40, of 206 Thatcher St., Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Stephanie Tighe, 40, of 25 North Ave., Apartment 203, Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Luis E. Rosado, 29, of 18 Blendall St., Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Scott Galvin, 40, of 29 Louis St., Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution.
   Vincent Gamble, 45, of MainSpring House, 54 North Main St., Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and selling drugs in a school zone.
   Derek Rashawn Bradley, 23, of 449 North Main St., Apartment 7, Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution, a subsequent offense, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Kimberly N. Williams, 41, of 1380 South Main St., Apartment 708B, Brockton, charged with cocaine distribution, a subsequent offense, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Rayshawn L. Harvey, 24, of 151 Laureston St., Apartment 1, Brockton, charged with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Chitori Christmas, 23, of 625 North St., Bridgewater, charged with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Isis D. Cartagena, 31, of 122 North Leyden St., Brockton, charged with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Debbie A. Allen, 39, of  117 Bellevue St., Third Floor, Brockton, charged with cocaine distribution.
   Neal Sampson, 45, of 10 Walnut Ave., Apartment 10A, Brockton, charged with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
     Sean W. Hartsgrove, 39, of MainSpring House, 54 North Main St., Brockton, charged with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
   Richard Lammey-Raymond, 19, of 25 Copeland St., Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and selling drugs in a school zone.
   Taleek McFadden, 22, of 30 South St., Apartment 30, Brockton, charged with crack cocaine distribution; conspiracy to violate the drug laws and selling drugs in a school zone.
    Julio F. Goncalves, 25, at the Plymouth County House of Correction, charged with heroin distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
    The suspects were arraigned Wednesday in Brockton District Court.
    The operation was conducted by 120 officers from the Brockton police narcotics and gang units, state police and the state police gang unit, the district attorney’s office, FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
   Two suspects were arrested before Wednesday. The district attorney’s office said additional suspects are being sought.
    In January,  25 suspected dealers of cocaine and crack cocaine were rounded up in a similar sweep dubbed  “Operation Street Sweeper.” In November, federal authorities joined in the round up of 25 people in six communities, including Brockton, all suspected of being top heroin dealers.
