Probe into heroin sales leads to arrest of Longview woman: "Longview police said they arrested a 'significant' player in the city's drug scene Friday — one day after she bailed out of jail on other drug charges.
Pamela Sue Hubbell, 50, of Longview was arrested Friday after a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Baltimore Street on suspicion of selling heroin three times during the past several months. Officers arranged to buy the drugs from Hubbell, according to police.
She was booked into the Cowlitz County Jail on suspicion of three counts of selling heroin, three counts of delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop, possession of marijuana, making false or misleading statements and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
She was being held in lieu of $400,000 bail."
