On Jan. 29, Chillicothe police executed a search warrant at 128 W. Sixth St., where officers found the defendant in the home with two occupants. During a search of the home, the officer discovered drug paraphernalia and a bag with a white substance. The bag tested positive for .04 grams of crack-cocaine."
