On Jan. 5, a state trooper traveling on Ohio 772 noticed Recobs was driving a vehicle with fictitious tags and expired stickers. The officer conducted the traffic stop and determined Recobs was driving under multiple suspensions. The officer searched the vehicle and found a bag with white rocks in it that tested positive for .33 grams of crack cocaine"
