William Patterson and Lamar Jackson, both 22 and of Atlantic City, were charged with weapons violations, possession of hollow-point ammunition, possession of heroin, three charges of possession with intent to distribute, and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.Both were sent to the Atlantic County Jail on $40,000 bail. Patterson also had several outstanding warrants for his arrest.
