Misty Lawrence plead guilty to three counts of distribution of cocaine and one count of aiding and abetting the distribution of crack cocaine

Misty Lawrence, 22, of Derry, plead guilty Monday, March 31, to three counts of distribution of cocaine and one count of aiding and abetting the distribution of crack cocaine in the United Sates District Court.On three separate dates in November of 2006, Lawrence sold cocaine to an undercover police officer. On Dec. 5, 2006, Lawrence assisted a co-defendant in the distribution of crack cocaine to an undercover police officer. Lawrence is scheduled to be sentenced on May 14, 2008. Lawrence faces a maximum sentence of 20 years. She is being detained pending sentencing.The case was investigated by the Manchester Police Narcotics Investigation Unit and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Debra M. Walsh.
